CARGO EXPRESS, INC. (CEI) is primarily engaged in International Freight Forwarding that caters distribution and logistic services in Guam, Saipan and transhipment services to Micronesian island.

Having been established in Guam and Saipan in 1984 and 1994 respectively, we are a CNS / IATA and NVOCC company that has notably gained its esteemed name both in the Forwarding and Shipping industries through the years. We are grateful indeed to our supporters, our valued clients and suppliers who believed in us despite increasing competition in as far as market situation is concerned. Presently manned by 35 dedicated and competent personnel who are well-versed in the Freight Forwarding work, this constitutes our expertise in the field, not to mention our being equipped with exceptional warehousing and trucking facilities, equipment coupled with our good relationship with the air carriers and shipping lines, all these paved the way for us to to garner a relevant position in the industry.

With our Headquarters in Guam, CEI belongs to a renowned and robust worldwide network of agents who effectively perform air and sea services to meet our demanding standards and growing needs. Our warehouse space in Guam is 10,000 square feet with loading dock located at the Harmon Industrial Park, Harmon. On the other hand, our branch office in Saipan is 10,000 square feet strategically located at the Chalan Kiya Industrial Center with it's container yard of 100,000 square feet open space located at Puerto Rico, Saipan, thus proximity and accessibility to both the airport and seaport enables us to move cargoes and other trucking requirement without delay.

We are more than equipped with a state-of-the-art form of service in as far as providing satisfaction to our customers. To enhance our service in the islands, we set up our freight terminal in Los Angeles to consolidate less container freight on a weekly container sailing in the Marianas Island and to Micronesian islands of the Pacific.
